All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchaseand require a Return Authorization Number (RA#) to be issued by Hamilton Home Products, Inc. or they will be refused. To obtain a Return Authorization Number, you must contact Hamilton’s Customer Service Department at 1-800-879-0123, Monday thru Friday from 8:30am to 5pm EST.
No merchandise will be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days of the Original Delivery Date (the date the order is delivered to the customer).
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may, after obtaining a Return Authorization Number (RA#), exchange or return the merchandise for a refund for the exact cost of merchandise (excluding shipping & handling charges). Sales tax (where applicable) will only be credited for uninstalled, undamaged, and non-defective goods. Restocking fees* may apply.
All returned merchandise must be free from damage of any kind and be in its original factory box with all original packing materials, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, in sellable condition.
All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt by Hamilton, prior to issuing credit. Hamilton will not authorize or issue credit for any items that have been damaged, previously installed, or misused in any way.
All merchandise sales are final. All returns/exchanges must be double boxed (manufacturers box must be inside of another box designed for shipping) with the RA # written clearly on the outer box accompanied by a note explaining why the product is being returned in the original packaging.
All Hamilton parts, unless otherwise stated, are OEM. These items are given a 1 Year Limited Replacement Parts Warranty. If any of these items are deemed defective, they will be covered exclusively by the manufacturer’s warranties and you must contact Hamilton prior to any warranty claims or returns. (The 1 Year Limited Replacement Parts Warranty is listed at the end of this policy.) This warranty does not include wear items such as evaporator pads, or items that require periodic replacement as routine maintenance.
We make every effort to prevent shipping damages; if your package appears damaged upon receipt, immediately contact Hamilton’s Customer Service Department at 1-800-879-0123. Order Error Returns
If Hamilton determines that the purchaser has placed an order or part of an order in error, returns will be subject to a restocking fee for all non-defective unopened merchandise. In the event that Hamilton makes an error due to an order discrepancy, Hamilton will make every effort to correct the order in a reasonable and timely manner.
All returns are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee for all non-defective unopened merchandise. If the return does not include all the original parts, accessories, or the packaging is not is new sellable condition; Hamilton reserves the right to either charge an additional fee for the missing materials or refuse the return.Special Order Returns
"Special orders" are any merchandise not normally stocked by or shipped directly from Hamilton Home Products, Inc. Special order returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Hamilton reserves the right to apply any or all of the statements within this document towards special orders.
